The tents All tents are paved and have electrical connections (4 plugs and 1 switch) The tents are authentic, they offer 20m˛ of space, with inside a decorative beige fabric covering a frame of iron and consolidating the template of the tent. The tent frame is buried in a slab, providing insurance and immobility. On the exterior of the frame, a waterproof tarp all covered with an authentic bedouine cloth. 4 windows with nets with one on the door. Comfortable bedding: 190/90 cm mattress, wooden bed frame, carpets, night stands, lamps. Towels with Couleurs Berbčres’s logo, small and large size, a soap bar, a tissue box. The tent is air conditioned (hot and cold) A circular camp, sign of union, surrounding a lush garden. Paved walkways: practical, clean and accessible for a better circulation and travel with luggage. Garden In front of the tents forming the bivouac, an imposing lush circular garden with lawn, flowers, shrubs, lighted throughout with typical Moroccan lanterns Sanitary blocs In the four corners of the camp are 4 toilet built blocks of 105m ˛ each, tiled floor and wall, with all:     •    64 showers     •    64 sinks with mirrors     •    Lighting and individual plugs (for hair dryers et electrical shaving machines)     •    32 toilets     •    Hot water warmed with solar energy  and electrical relay All to avoid long lines. Electricity A field of 7 hectares with an important electrical installation: a 160 kva transformer, a 30 kva generator, in case of electrical shortage. All this is to accommodate your stay in bivouac all year round to enjoy the four seasons. Large Nomad tent  As part of the circle formed by the tents, the large nomad tent, paved and tiled, the ground is covered with beautiful Berber rugs. The tent can hold 150 people; it has an iron structure to insure stability and security. The tent is for meal service, but can also be used for meetings and different activities. The tent is equipped with multiple electrical plugs in the interior and exterior to hook sound and lighting equipments. In front of the tent, an esplanade with a bar to accommodate coffee breaks, open bars, but also, the perfect area to relax, dance, entertain or set a giant screen for projection Camp Fire A central camp fire in the middle of a 20m diameter paved circle, dug 1. 5 m into the ground. It has a capacity of 350 people. The steps form a round amphitheater, a cozy area around the fire. The fire is surrounded by a wrought iron openwork structure for protection of the charcoal fragments in case of wind. Outdoor amphitheater An amphitheater of 450 people capacity, that can be a meeting area for a company seminar, or a space for entertainment, a dance floor or whatever your needs may be. The floor is a giant chessboard. The space has its own bar area for dance nights and a colorful lighting setting. A special conference space for seminars. 3 huge rooms of 180m˛ each, with a 650 person total capacity, adjustable in 2 subcommittee rooms. The rooms can be set to fit your needs: theater, U shape, school… The rooms from a U shape around a pergola that can hold up to 500 people, perfect for the coffee breaks, privatized service for your meals… it’s surrounded by a lush garden with roses, flowers, olives trees, fruit trees…and many shaded areas. A pool is located facing the pergola for the participants. The rooms can serve other functions: dance rooms, projection rooms, cinema area, and private restaurant areas. Restaurant – reading room - game room Two 2 story building of 1000 m2 arranged as follow: Building 1:     •    ground level: a restaurant of 150 covers     •    top level: a reading room with a panoramic view of the neighboring mountains, with a large collection of self help books, books about nature, well being, the Zen attitude all to make you relaxed and meditating Building 2     •    ground level: a restaurant of 150 covers     •    top level: game room with board games, cards Kitchen Between the two buildings, a two level kitchen: an underground level for storage and cold rooms, equipment storage and the ground level a professional kitchen area arranged to host Moroccan cookery classes. The table     •    round tables of 8 to 10 people, or rectangular tables of 6     •    comfortable chairs, table clothes, napkins, and quality table tops     •    Change of plates after each dish and set the table with double forks and knifes and according silverware to the meal menu. We only use stem glasses for water and wine     •    floral arrangement for all receptions we set with appropriate glasses: champagne flutes, stemware… In all our receptions with offer salty snacks (peanuts, grilled almonds, chips or popcorn, olives). We offer traditional quality Moroccan cuisine prepared by the Berber women with the guidance of a trained chef. Couleurs Beberes has its own mechoui oven (Roasted lamb) Recreational and sporting activities Aside from the private swimming pool for the seminar participants, a large swimming pool measuring 20 m by 10, deep by 1.60 m connected to a kid’s pool of 5 by 5 meters. It’s the perfect place to organize aquatic activities such as water polo, water volley, canoe-kayak race… An area for basketball and beach volley, with steps for supporters. A mini green football field, that serves a double function while organizing Olympics such as large slippers races. Two petanque fields, a climbing wall 15 meters large and 5 meters high build with the local stone, and imported equipments (harness,…), archery, a close circuit for quads, canoe-kayaks (34 two-seater, and 10 one-seater, a total capacity of 78). Lala Takerkoust’s lake est close by and suited for nice walks to admire the snowy peaks in the backdrop. Proximity to the mountains and the Berber villages offer the possibility to organize different outings: pedestrian excursion or trekking, equestrian, camel backs, mountain bikes, 4x4, paragliding, skiing in Oukaimeden. There strolls are accessible to everyone with various difficulty levels. The whole property is surrounded by a 4-meter wall. Ambiance music in played in the bivouac area, 9 huge garages for equipment storage. At the back of the property and area is dedicated to fruit trees. The sun rises behind the mountains and sets on the landscapes behind the property. For security, fire extinguishers are distributed around the property according to the norms set by the civil protection services. We offer the possibility of excursions to Marrakech: historical visit, souks, …or to other destinations: Ourika valley, Asni, Ski in Oukaimeden, Ouirgane, Essaouira… Weekend packages: 3 days to 1 week.
